Sadly, there's no "what if" story for him. His loved ones left him one by one, ultimately pushing him down the dark, desperate path of vengeance. So, I had someone carve this family portrait for him. I hope that his family, who never got the chance to reunite, can act as his talisman from now on. I like to think there's a universe out there where the "God Butcher" doesn't even exist, where Gorr the Gardener is just a happy dad sitting by a warm campfire, holding up a sizzling, roasted meal, and laughing with his kids on a luscious plain of otherworldly flourishing flowers...
